Franklin A Torrealba, PE, ENV SP
DIRECTOR
Mr.Torrealba has over 35 years of experience in the fields of program/project management, planning, hydraulic modeling, design, bidding, procurement, construction management & administration, inspection, document control, including, pump station evaluations/designs, trenchless technologies, sanitary sewer evaluation survey (SSES),water/wastewater facilities/plants, gravity sewer system, water supply, wastewater collection (conveyance systems), water/sewer modeling, flow monitoring, Infiltration/Inflow (I/I), rainfall monitoring and I/I report preparation, preliminary/feasibility design reports, permitting, scheduling, opinion of probable cost (cost estimating), stormwater, transportation, environmental, disaster recovery, resiliency/hardening, business process optimization, and value engineering. Mr. Torrealba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
Rodolfo E Remon, ENV SP
VICE PRESIDENT – PRINCIPAL
Mr.Remon brings experience in water, wastewater and stormwater projects, that covers the entire project life cycle, from preliminary engineering and planning to closeout. During his career in 300Engineering, Mr.Remon has gained in-depth expertise in: hydraulic modeling, pipeline and pumpstation design, cost estimating, project controls, permitting, bidding & procurement procedures and construction management. Mr. Remon has served as Project Manager for numerous water, wastewater and stormwater projects for several clients in South Florida. Mr. Remon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Simón Bolívar and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida International University.
