Program and Construction Management Projects
The PMCM Team, which 300 is part of, was selected by the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) to provide Program and Construction Management Services related to the Wastewater System Priority Projects, including WASD’s third Consent Decree with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Services provided include, but are not limited to program management, construction management, preliminary engineering, hydraulic modeling, public outreach, development coordination, scheduling, cost estimates, engineering analysis, inspection and document control.
